Who can participate?

Anyone who values empirical science. That's it.  That's the only requirement.

When will it be?

Our rally will be held on Earth Day, 22 April 2017 on Parliament House Lawns, in Hobart, from 1- 3 pm. Please register your attendance (and make a donation if you can) via Eventbrite.

How can I help?

If you would like to participate in planning the rally, speaking, or helping out on the day. Please fill out the Google form on our Get Involved page and we will get in touch!

Are there other marches going on?

Isn’t science apolitical?

Yes. The march is non-partisan, but it is absolutely intended to have an impact on policy makers.

Will there will be merchandise for sale?

YES! We now have merchandise. Support us directly by buying from the Hobart Collection.

Will the march represent diversity in science?

Science is done by people of all races, women, immigrants, LGBTQ, indigenous people, people of all beliefs and non-belief. We hope that this diversity is reflected in both the leadership of the march and the march itself.
